Simone Biles has followed in Kylie Jenner’s footsteps by revealing all of the details of her recent boob job, including the exact size she went for.
The gymnast, 28, took to TikTok to reveal all about her breast augmentation, which she underwent on June 16.
Speaking to the camera from a bathroom, Simone explained that she ‘got them done in Houston, Texas by Dr. Kriti Mohan’.
The 11-time Olympic medalist said she showed Dr. Mohan a number of ‘inspiration photos’ and the plastic surgeon decided having the implants ‘under the muscle’ would give her the most natural look.
Moving on to ‘the question everybody wants to know’ – the size she went for.
‘310, high profile, extra filled, silicone,’ however, Simone admitted she wanted 330 implants but it ‘wouldn’t fit’.

She added: ‘for reference I am 4ft 8in [tall] and I’m 108lbs [7.5stone] and I also have very broad shoulders, my shoulders are quite literally the biggest part of my body’.
Moving onto recovery, Simone admitted she was left terrified by the pain she felt after hearing other people say that their recovery was straightforward.
‘You all lied, this s*** hurts so bad’, she said.
‘Your girl could not move by herself. So I did take the full two weeks and I am glad I did because my recovery was rough.
‘The very first day, Jonathan (Owens, her husband who plays for the NFL team Chicago Bears) had to lift me up out of bed, physically lift me out of bed and take me to the restroom.
‘I am assuming that I am a little bit more muscular than most girls who get them done and that under the muscle and kind of doing all of that work really hurt my body.’
Simone added that she also panicked in the aftermath as it took her time to adjust to how her body looked.
‘They were up to my neck and I did freak out and I did talk to my doctor,’ she said. ‘I said take them out, they need to be smaller, they look like aliens. But now they are perfect.’

Many were quick to take to the comments to ask how the surgery would affect her gymnastics but reassuring fans, Simone replied: ‘I flip & I don’t feel a difference’.
Meanwhile others gushed she looked ‘perfect’ and ‘natural’ while others praised Simone for being so ‘honest’.

Simone’s video came after Kylie opened up about her own boob job earlier this year also revealing the exact details.
The make-up mogul, 27, finally admitted she had a secret boob job when she was 19, despite being economical with the truth for years over breast enhancement.
And two years after opening up about her surgery, Kylie happily revealed the details about the process to a fan who wished to emulate the star’s perky chest.
TikTok user Rachel Leary uploaded a video of herself urging Kylie to share exactly what she ‘asked for’ when getting her boobs done, hailing her enhancement as ‘the most perfect, natural boob job ever!’
She added Kylie’s chest is ‘perfection’, captioning her post: ‘Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.’
And while Rachel admitted that she never expected Kylie to see her TikTok yet alone respond, she was left stunned when The Kardashians replied to her video.

Kylie’s plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher is famed for being the man behind many of the Kardashian and Jenner family procedures.
He’s largely known for performing Kris Jenner’s pinnacle facelift on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The board-certified surgeon also did Kourtney Kardashian’s breast augmentation and removed a tumor from Khloe’s face.
He even gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner a revision facelift, which was also featured on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
‘Garth Fisher is genius,’ Jenner gushed after the procedure. ‘Nobody really know I’d had anything done!’
Earlier this summer Simone sparked speculation she had gone under the knife when she reappeared in public following what she has now confirmed to be a procedure but it took her a short while to confirm what people had suspected.
The gymnast shared a video to social media of her somersaulting on a trampoline at home, captioning the footage: ‘first flip – in a year – at the new house.’
She also wrote that she had ‘new [cherry emojis]’, in a not-so-subtle nod to the work that she has seemingly had done.

The star performed a back flip in the video before revealing that she actually had gotten a cramp.
Simone was dominant at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, winning gold in the team, all-around, and vault competitions.
And in August, she dropped a clue that she might not be done with the Olympics just yet, while speaking at the Ready25 conference in Australia.
Asked directly if she’d consider competing at the Los Angeles Games in 2028, the American superstar said simply: ‘Never say never.’
In the past few months, Simone has been a regular at Bears games to support her husband on the football field.
