In video obtained by TMZ, the ‘tipsy’ 39-year-old could be seen kissing and holding hands with a petite brunette beauty, who warmly embraced him as they spoke back and forth in the noisy nightclub.
The coy couple – who spent at least 45 minutes together – got down low at one point dancing to The Black Eyed Peas’ 2009 hit I Gotta Feeling while on a balcony.
She actually resembled a woman LaBeouf took out to lunch back in 2019.
The romantic evening came four nights after the Daytime Emmy winner was arrested on two charges of simple battery for striking multiple people at the Royal Street Inn & R Bar during the last day of Mardi Gras.
One of the alleged victims, Jeffrey Damnit, claimed LaBeouf shouted homophobic slurs at him because he was wearing make-up.
