Scrubs stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke reunited on Monday in Los Angeles at the star-studded premiere of the beloved show’s revival.
The highly acclaimed medical comedy-drama aired from 2001 to 2010, with the new revival series picking up 16 years later.
The original trio of Braff, 50, Faison, 51, and Chalke, 49, will reprise their iconic roles as doctors John ‘J.D.’ Dorian, Christopher Turk, and Elliot Reid.
The co-stars happily posed together on the red carpet, and were joined by many of their former and new cast members.
Last July it was revealed that the popular medical sitcom would be coming back to television with its original cast.
Scrubs had a nine-season run and told the story of J.D., a young doctor working at the fictional Sacred Heart Hospital.

Braff looked sharp at the premiere in a tailored green three-piece ensemble, rounding out his look with a pair of stylish brown loafers.
Chalke showed off her toned legs in a strapless polka dot dress, adding height to her look with strappy black heels. Her blonde tresses cascaded down in light waves.
Faison cut a dapper figure in a plum velvet suit with a black button-up shirt and a black tie.
The actor was also joined by his wife CaCee Cobb, who stunned in a green lace dress.
Judy Reyes, 58, who starred as the no-nonsense head nurse Carla Espinosa on the original series, was also in attendance.
She opted for a chic copper-toned pantsuit for the occasion.
John C. McGinley, 66, who famously played doctor Perry Cox and has returned for the reboot, looked savvy in a navy suit and a polka dot tie.
