Real Housewives of Potomac star Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie Osefo have been arrested and charged with fraud.

The 41-year-old Bravo personality is facing 16 charges, per a TMZ report.

According to the outlet the charges include seven felonies, one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer, and false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. 

Her husband’s charges are unknown.

The spouses, who married in 2011, were arrested on Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

They are parents to sons Karter, 12, and Kruz, nine, and daughter Kamrynn, six.

Wendy was active on social media as recently as Wednesday.

Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-three shared images from The Nigerian Independence Day Parade in New York City.

She was clad in an ombre green and white dress with an asymmetrical hemline as she posed in a sash.

Engaging her 755,000 followers, she wrote in the caption: ‘Thank you to @oan_nyc for having me as the Grand Marshall of The Nigerian Independence Day Parade!’

The star added: ‘Thank you for the honor and thank you for also presenting me with the Leadership and Impact award.’

Expressing Nigerian pride, she wrote, ‘Forever grateful to the country that [birthed] me and the culture that raised me.’

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga took to the comments to write, ‘Gorgeous,’ with a green heart emoji. 

Following her arrest, one fan joined the thread to ask on Friday, ‘Girl, what is going on? i need answers!!’

Wendy joined the Real Housewives of Potomac cast in 2020. 

Season 10 of the franchise premiered on October 5.

Wendy promoted the latest installment of the show with an Instagram post, which featured her dressed in a Cinderella blue gown.

The photoshoot was set on a lush green hill with a backdrop of trees and a blue sky.

She teased in the caption, ‘The theme was Cinderella so I gave them a FAIRYTALE.

‘Season 10 of #RHOP premieres tonight and I’m so excited for you all to watch! Tune into @bravotvat 8PM and enjoy the show.’
