Kendall Jenner revealed her very minimal holiday decor as she offered a glimpse into her $23 million Montecito ranch in a series of Instagram snaps on Monday. 

The 30-year-old model – who was recently seen on an outing with luxury perfume mogul Ben Gorham – shared how she is preparing for the festive season at the property which she quietly purchased back in February. 

The media personality’s simplistic decorations are in stark contrast to that of her other family members, with her sister Kim Kardashian unveiling $10k worth of Christmas trees inside her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion last week. 

In one image, a green tree could be seen placed in the corner of a living room – which was decked out with white lights as well as a few ornaments scattered on the branches.

Green garland with lights was also placed on the mantle of her fireplace in the same room. 

Jenner has been busy wrapping presents which were also placed underneath tree and were wrapped in a light brown paper as well as red string. A green leaf – possibly from a Christmas tree – was also placed on top.

She then placed a green wreath on one of the doors of the residence which had three pinecones and was topped with a brown bow. 

The naked Christmas tree trend has been picked up by some homes this year which sees little to no ornaments being placed on trees.   

Another snap in her latest post was taken outside of her sprawling ranch at dusk to offer an additional look at the Spanish-styled abode. 

Jenner – who is a passionate equestrian – also showed horses grazing through a small open pasture on the property. 

The next slide showed a brown crocodile-embossed purse placed on a leather seat of a car. 

The runway model additionally snapped a picture of a vintage blue car parked next to a large building. 

Lastly, she also included an image of a variety of fabrics placed on a white tablecloth while another photo showed the sun setting behind the green trees at her ranch.

Jenner made the purchase of the $23 million Montecito ranch earlier this year in February, but kept it under the radar, per The U.S. Sun. 

The residence sits on six acres of land while the main house itself is 15,000 square feet – and smaller homes also sit on the property. 

The model’s neighbor is notably Oprah Winfrey, with the ranch previously owned by Ellen DeGeneres as well as Tinder co-founder Sean Rad.

‘Usually, they’re kind of these blowouts for the last, like, since I was born. But we’re doing a smaller one again this year, and I’m really happy about it. And so it’ll be cozy vibes.’
