Amy Childs has revealed the 30-minute treatment that transformed her tummy with no surgery required.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 35, admitted that following four pregnancies and a period of stress-related weight loss, she was left feeling unhappy with loose skin around her stomach and reluctant to show her body on camera.
Despite being advised that a surgical tummy tuck could be an option, Amy decided against it, opting instead for a non-surgical alternative that required no downtime.
And she has now shared incredible before and after snaps of her stomach, giving a glimpse into her latest beauty hack.
Amy opted for 3D ReFirm, a treatment programme combining muscle stimulation and skin-tightening technology, over a series of 30-minute sessions.
‘I honestly couldn’t be happier,’ Amy said as she shared the results on Instagram on Thursday. ‘As you know, I’ve always been conscious of the crepey skin on my tummy after having 4 kids, it just never felt the same.

‘After 8 treatments with 3D Refirm, the difference is incredible! My skin is now tighter, smoother, and more toned, where it was once loose and wrinkly, making me so self-conscious.’
She added: ‘I honestly can’t believe the transformation!
‘I’ve worked with 3D Aesthetics before, so I knew I could trust them to find the right solution for me, and they totally delivered. Feeling so confident and thrilled with my results! If you’ve been thinking about trying it, I can’t recommend it enough.’
The treatment programme included 3D Powersculpt, electromagnetic muscle stimulation designed to create intense contractions, similar to thousands of crunches in a single session, and 3D Dermaforce – a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency to boost collagen production and improve skin firmness.
Following a course of treatments over several weeks, Amy’s transformation was significant enough to cancel plans for surgery altogether.
Earlier this month Amy admitted she is ‘starting to love [herself] again’ as she gave an update on her weight gain journey.
Amy sparked concern with her extreme weight loss earlier this year after battling stress and has vowed to put on at least a stone.
The mother-of-four revealed that training incorrectly and dropping two stone has left her losing muscle, which she is now trying to build back up without having to worry about ‘managing her food’ over the Christmas holidays.

She wrote: ‘Starting to love myself again. I’m feeling happier and more in control of my nutrition thanks to this guy @jon_jkphysique.
‘So basically I realised I was losing muscle weight and not just fat!! Jon is coaching me to understand how to lose fat and grow muscle the right way.
‘I always worry or struggle around managing my food during a festive period! (A lot of Prosecco) but Jon is helping me navigate around this time, how to enjoy the food! But still support my goals!
‘I am so grateful for the support and expert guidance around the one thing I always struggled with – nutrition!’
Last month, Amy updated her Instagram followers as she posed in a sage sports bra and leggings that showed off her frame.
It comes after she admitted she is ‘starting to love [herself] again’ as she gave an update on her weight gain journey in an Instagram post earlier this month (pictured right in 2022)
She penned: ‘Feel like I have to do this post!! A lot of comments lately about my weight. For the past few months I have been really focusing on my nutrition with @jon_jkphysique
‘I have been really honest with you all, after losing a lot of weight, I realised I needed to understand how to eat the right way and to eat the right foods
‘It’s been tough but I have started to gain healthy weight back (a little way to go) but I have been going gym, focusing on weight training and working on being more toned.’
Amy continued: ‘I have also been having my weekly body treatments @3daestheticsuk (will be doing another reel soon) about this treatment.
‘This is not an over night thing and it’s taking time but a journey to be my best self for the family. So please no negative comments please.’
