A man has been arrested after a car ploughed into a crowd in Liverpool city centre.
Merseyside Police has told GB News a 53-year-old, white, British man has been arrested after a car ploughed into a crowd of people during Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade.
Detectives have encouraged eyewitnesses to “not share distressing content online.”
