Peter Andre’s son, 9, in ‘traumatic’ hospital dash as singer’s wife speaks out on incident

Peter and Emily Andre’s nine-year-old son was rushed to hospital recently following a frightening accident.

Theo fell and struck his face against a wooden log, with the impact causing his teeth to pierce through his lip.

Ms Andre, 36, who works as a doctor, opened up about the ordeal during a recent Q&A session with fans on TikTok.

She told her viewers: “He smashed his face on a wooden log and put his teeth through his lip, so he’s still under follow-up for that one.”

The social media influencer went on to describe the frightening incident as “a really traumatic experience”.

The mother-of-three revealed Theo continues to receive care from medical professionals following the accident.

“The hospital was amazing and we were referred to specialists who were absolutely incredible,” she said.

Despite her professional background in medicine, Ms Andre acknowledged parental instincts take over when her own children are involved.

“As a doctor I find myself going into mum mode in those situations but I still try and remain calm in a situation of crisis,” she explained.

The couple’s daughters Millie, 12, and one-year-old Arabella have never required hospital treatment, but the recent accident marked Theo’s third trip to hospital during his young life.

Ms Andre revealed her son’s first admission came when he was just 10 days old, after becoming seriously unwell with a respiratory infection that required several days of hospital care.

She recalled it was a “really difficult experience”.

His second visit occurred around the age of three, when a particularly nasty stomach bug left him in a worrying state.

“He went floppy and his heart rate was really fast,” his mother explained.

Ms Andre captioned her social media post with the observation “being a boy mum is not for the faint-hearted”.

The doctor later shared a glimpse into her family life after recent hospital visits, posting a heartwarming carousel of photographs on Instagram.

The 36-year-old paid tribute to both her own mother and her husband, Mr Andre, thanking them for their continued support.

In part, her post read: “To my husband, Pete, for always making me feel so special on Mother’s Day. Breakfast and a cup of tea in bed is the best treat, and I’m so grateful you came back from work in the early hours this morning so we could all spend the day together.

Fans of the couple were quick to respond in the comments, sharing messages of admiration and support for the family.

“Beautiful!” penned one fan, while another wrote: “Happy Mother’s Day Emily with your lovely family.”
