A fire erupted at a warehouse housing chemical materials near Walika Chowrangi, Site Area in Karachi on Tuesday, police said.
Site Area Police and fire brigade personnel rushed to the scene to control the fire. Authorities confirmed that efforts to contain the fire are ongoing. Four fire brigade vehicles are actively engaged in extinguishing the fire, according to Kemari Police.

No casualties or injuries have been reported so far. Investigations into the cause of the fire are underway.
On Monday, a sudden fire broke out in the bushes within the University of Karachi campus, rapidly intensifying and producing visible smoke and flames that could be seen from a distance. Upon receiving the alert, the fire brigade and rescue teams promptly rushed to the scene.
Chief Fire Officer Humayun Khan stated that firefighters, with the support of six fire tenders, managed to contain the fire after two hours of intense efforts, preventing it from spreading toward nearby populated areas.
