Nottingham Forest start hunt for staggering fourth manager in one season

Sean Dyche has been sacked by Nottingham Forest after just 114 days in charge – putting the club on course for its fourth manager of the season.

Shortly after midnight on Thursday, Forest confirmed Dyche had been relieved of his duties as head coach following their 0-0 draw with rock-bottom Wolves.

“Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that Sean Dyche has been relieved of his duties as head coach,” a statement said.

“We would like to thank Sean and his staff for their efforts during their time at the club and we wish them the best of luck for the future.

“We will be making no further comment at this time.”
