Lottie Moss has revealed she had a ‘mental breakdown’ this week over ongoing struggles with her career and money.
The model, 28, took to TikTok on Tuesday to share a video in which she candidly admitted she is ‘on my last straw’ just one month into the new year.
In the clip, the half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss, 52, said: ‘I’m honestly at wit’s end. I’m on my last straw – the straw that broke the camel’s back. And I’m the f***ing camel.
‘This year is just hell. We’re a month in, and not one good thing has happened. I’ve got a new man, so that’s good. But I literally had a mental breakdown today – career wise, money wise.’
The revelation comes after Lottie quit her lucrative OnlyFans career last February – where she was reportedly earning between £30,000 and £70,000 per month – to pursue other ventures.
The mention of her ‘new man’ is the first time she has publicly addressed her boyfriend, who she soft-launched last week with a cosy gym snap on Instagram.

In the photo, she posed in front of a mirror as the mystery man wrapped his arm around her from behind. To keep his identity private, Lottie placed a white love heart emoji over his face.
‘Year of the horse, my a**,’ she added in her latest video, referring to the Chinese zodiac sign that represents rapid progress. ‘Apparently that does start on February 17th, so we’re yet to have that happen. But, like, what is going on?’
The model admitted she had high hopes at the beginning of last month, saying: ‘I was like, the new year’s going to be so much better. Last year was hell for me, by the way – the worst year of my life. And this year, I was like, it’s going to be the best year ever. It’s going to all change for me.’
She continued: ‘Tick tock, literally, I’m waiting, babes. I’m like… scrubbing my eyes, trying to see where the good f***ing things are happening.’
Lottie announced in late 2024 that she was planning to quit OnlyFans, revealing she wanted to focus on other projects including her podcast and television work.
She said at the time: ‘I think I will eventually quit OnlyFans, not because of anyone but I’m growing out of it. I’m becoming a woman, when I’m done, I’m done.’
Her decision to quit the adult subscription platform came after she revealed the career choice had caused significant friction with her family, particularly her mother Inger and sister Kate.
‘When I returned to the UK, I lost many friends in the modelling industry,’ Lottie previously admitted. ‘My mother didn’t speak to me for weeks, and my family was in turmoil over it.’

Lottie joined OnlyFans in 2021 after moving to Los Angeles, explaining that she felt more creative freedom on the platform than she had experienced in traditional modelling.
At the peak of her OnlyFans career, she was earning up to £70,000 per month from subscribers, though she later settled on a figure of around £30,000 monthly.
However, the move came at a cost – she was dropped by her modelling agency Storm Management and faced backlash from the fashion industry.
‘Kind of the reason why I’m not doing the modelling stuff is because I’m doing more nude stuff,’ she explained on Jamie Laing’s Private Parts podcast. ‘I think it’s a shame the industry doesn’t kind of fully accept that.’
The model has been open about her struggles with mental health, addiction and the pressures of living in the shadow of her famous sister.
She entered rehab in February 2022 to address her cocaine addiction and depression, describing it as ‘the best decision’ she could have made for her mental health.
‘I was very depressed, I was very unhappy, I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning and it got to a point where I just thought, I can’t do this anymore,’ she previously said.
Lottie also revealed she felt intense pressure to emulate Kate’s lifestyle and appearance when she first entered the modelling world at just 13 years old.
‘I always felt compared to her at the beginning of my career, and I think people expected me to be kind of like a carbon copy of her as well,’ she has admitted.
‘I felt a lot of pressure to be like her and look like her and you know, I dabbled in that party lifestyle. That was essentially how they stayed skinny back in the day cos they had this wild party lifestyle.’
The model was hospitalised in 2024 after taking Ozempic, suffering seizures and severe dehydration after using the weight-loss drug in an attempt to meet industry standards.
