Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have sent a personalised quasi-royal letter to a celebrity psychic.
Astrologer Angela Pearl shared photographs to Instagram this week with the Sussexes. They are believed to have been taken during their trip to New York City last month.
Angela, who describes herself as an ‘Australian astrologer with 20 years of experience’ on her website, captioned her post: ‘Still in awe of this special evening.’
‘Thank you, Prince Harry and Meghan, for the warm invitation and inspiring conversation.’
The picture on social media is somewhat surprising, as it comes just days after photos of Harry and Meghan at Kris Jenner‘s birthday party were mysteriously deleted.
The former working royals also sent the psychic a quasi-royal letter, embellished with Meghan’s royal cypher and signed ‘Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex‘ and ‘Meghan, Duchess of Sussex‘, alongside their handwritten signatures.
Parts of the letter were obscured, and it was dated October 24, following their New York trip.
They even hinted at an upcoming trip to Australia, with the visible sections of the letter reading: ‘Dear Angela. We wanted to thank you for joining us… Your energy and insight were such a welcome addition…

‘On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch especially as we look to visit Australia again.’
Angela previously lived in Ukraine, where she worked as a mathematics teacher. Now, she makes monthly horoscope and tarot videos.
Her website also includes webinars for £140 and courses for £318, promising to take the buyer ‘from basics to a confident tarot reader’ while ‘developing and strengthening your intuition’.
Meghan has continued to use her monogram, a letter M with a coronet on top, since stepping down from the Royal Family in 2020 and moving to the US with her husband Prince Harry.
She used her monogram in a gift basket to her friend Jamie Kern Lima in April and, more recently, in promotional materials for her seasonal drop from her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
The monogram – comprising the letter M with a crown on top – was unveiled ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.
However, LA-born Meghan’s demonstrations of royalty have left most fans rather unimpressed – especially those living stateside – as one X user previously grumbled: ‘It means absolutely nothing to me as an American.’
In April 2025, the former Suits actress sparked controversy after her friend, IT Cosmetics founder Jamie Kern Lima, shared a picture of a food hamper from the Duchess with a message that read: ‘With the compliments of HRH The Duchess of Sussex.’
Harry and Meghan’s agreement with the late Queen and senior officials was that they would stop using the word ‘Royal’ and their HRH titles after they quit duties and emigrated to the US to become ‘financially independent’ from the Crown.
While a spokesperson for the Sussexes insisted they do not use their HRH titles for commercial purposes, a source close to Meghan claimed she still calls herself Her Royal Highness to friends and in private correspondence.
Commenting on Ms Lima’s hamper and Meghan’s note, royal author Ingrid Seaward felt that the latter’s insistence on calling herself Her Royal Highness would have ‘highly offended the Queen’ when the Daily Mail reported she has been sending the same HRH note for at least five years.
Royal biographer Richard Fitzwilliams told the Daily Mail previously: ‘In the video promoting these festive delights, we actually see her monogram, letter M, with a coronet on top. This has been used in stationery too, as we have seen in correspondence.
‘The gift basket that was sent to Archetypes contributor Jamie Kern Lima, had an accompanying note with her monogram as well. This is surely cashing in on the royal status that she so derides.’
It comes after Harry and Meghan sparked furore over deleted pictures of them at Kris Jenner’s 70th at the weekend.
Candid photos showed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex cosying up to the birthday girl – and Harry sashaying towards her on the dancefloor on Saturday night in Beverly Hills.
But hours later they were all mysteriously ‘scrubbed’ from social media by Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian, who had shared them with their millions of Instagram followers.
Royal fans have also accused Meghan of capitalising on her one-year-ten-month association with the Firm after they spotted her royal cypher in a film for her seasonal lifestyle drop
Hours before the collection was released, Meghan posted a clip on Instagram showing her working at her desk – but onlookers quickly spotted a blue notebook with her royal cypher on its cover
The Sussexes were among the A-listers invited to the James Bond-themed ball thrown for Ms Jenner by Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez at their $165million estate.
People Magazine, the Sussexes’ preferred publication in the US, claimed that Meghan and Harry asked that no photographs of them inside the James Bond-themed party were published.
The publication also claimed that it understood the Duke and Duchess of Sussex ticked a ‘no’ box on a photo consent form, leading to the party images of them on Instagram being removed.
But a source close to the event has now strongly refuted the claim to the Daily Mail, saying ‘there were no consent forms’ – leading to renewed speculation as to why the photos vanished.
Ms Jenner’s Instagram post-party round-up showed a series of pictures of her with the couple. Her daughter, Kim Kardashian, shared a photo of herself posing with Meghan. But these were later deleted.
A California-based source claimed to the Daily Mail today that Ms Kardashian is fuming. Another expert said that Harry and Meghan have risked losing support from Hollywood A-listers that they ‘need now more than ever’.
A source close to the Kardashian camp claimed they are baffled and angry, given the Sussexes were happy to be pictured inside the Baby2Baby Gala hours before Kris Jenner’s bash, where they posed with friend Serena Williams.
‘Kim was like “you’ve already been papped outside and you were at the Baby2Baby event the same night being photographed like Meghan Trainor and Paris Hilton so what’s the problem?”‘ the Daily Mail’s source said, adding: ‘Kim is pi**ed off.’
A source close to Kim however said this sourcing is not true.
