An anti-ICE activist who chased down federal agents in her electric Mustang was left wailing and hyperventilating when officers threatened her with arrest.
Video shows the moment the unidentified woman suddenly changed her tune and begged for mercy after being stopped for recklessly driving through north Portland on Thursday.
The woman ran a red light, nearly struck a school bus and wove through traffic as she tried to box in ICE vehicles with her car, according to the Post Millennial, whose reporter was on a ride-along with the ICE Seattle Field Office.
She was also seen flipping off agents, blasting her car horn and mocking Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
After she allegedly ignored multiple warnings from police, federal agents orchestrated a traffic stop in the middle of a multi-lane, two-way road.
She appeared to speed off, swerving between lanes in rainy weather, as officers pursued her down the street, the footage showed.
When agents finally caught up to her, she tried to drive away – but officials managed to block her in with their vehicles.
‘Please, give me a warning. I have kids,’ she begged as officers informed her that she would face prosecution for allegedly impeding with a federal investigation. ‘I’m just a mom. I am just a mom.’

‘Please don’t arrest me, please,’ she begged.
The immigration agent explained that she would not be arrested, but informed her that her case would be referred to the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) unit.
The woman, who appeared visibly upset as the agent addressed her, asked ‘please give me a warning’ as he asked for her driver’s license.
‘You have placed us in danger,’ the agent told her, before instructing her to place her Mustang in park and turn off the engine.
‘You are almost causing an accident. You are surrounded by federal agents.’
The woman said she understood, but doubled down on her defense, saying multiple times: ‘I am just worried about my community.’
‘Please don’t,’ she added. ‘I’m just a mom. Please, please, please. I’m just a mom.’
She repeated the phrase ‘I’m just a mom’ over and over again as the officer instructed her to leave the area and go home.
The other told her to ‘take a deep breath’ and said he would stop traffic for her as she expressed that she was panicked and ‘shaking.’
She is then seen making a U-turn and driving off, presumably towards her residence.

ICE Deputy Field Officer Director Julio Hernandez told the Post Millennial that the woman was one of several so-called ‘spotters’ stationed throughout the neighborhood on Thursday.
Spotters use vehicles, whistles and horns to alert illegal immigrants that ICE operations are underway, he explained.
Hernandez alleged that the woman blocked ICE vehicles several times and received multiple warnings before they stepped in.
‘This time, enough was enough,’ he explained. ‘Like [Secretary Noem] said, enough is enough, we’re drawing the line, and that’s what we did now.’
ICE has handed her information over to HSI and the US Attorney’s Office for further action. It is unclear if she faces any charges at this time.
The agency noted that the traffic stop did come after officials conducted multiple high-risk arrests of gang-affiliated illegal immigrants in north Portland.
The Daily Mail has approached ICE and Homeland Security for comment.

Portland is one of the cities in which President Donald Trump wants to deploy the National Guard to help combat crime.
A federal judge in Oregon on Friday ruled that the Trump administration failed to meet the legal requirements for deploying the Guard to Portland after the city and state sued in September to block the deployment.
The ruling from US District Court Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump appointee, followed a three-day trial in which both sides argued over whether protests at the city’s ICE building met the conditions for using the military domestically under federal law.
The administration said the troops were needed to protect federal personnel and property in a city that Trump described as ‘war ravaged’ with ‘fires all over the place.’
In a 106-page opinion, Immergut found that even though the president is entitled to ‘great deference’ in his decision on whether to call up the Guard, he did not have a legal basis for doing so because he did not establish that there was a rebellion or danger of rebellion, or that he was unable to enforce the law with regular forces.
‘The trial record showed that although protests outside the Portland ICE building occurred nightly between June and October 2025, ever since a few particularly disruptive days in mid-June, protests have remained peaceful with only isolated and sporadic instances of violence,’ Immergut wrote.
‘The occasional interference to federal officers has been minimal, and there is no evidence that these small-scale protests have significantly impeded the execution of any immigration laws.’

The Trump administration criticized the judge’s ruling.
‘The facts haven’t changed. Amidst ongoing violent riots and lawlessness, that local leaders have refused to step in to quell, President Trump has exercised his lawful authority to protect federal officers and assets. President Trump will not turn a blind eye to the lawlessness plaguing American cities and we expect to be vindicated by a higher court,’ White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson said Friday.
‘The courts are holding this administration accountable to the truth and the rule of law,’ Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield said in a statement.
‘From the beginning, this case has been about making sure that facts, not political whims, guide how the law is applied. Today´s decision protects that principle.’
