Nicole Scherzinger sent temperatures soaring on Wednesday as she shared slew of sizzling bikini-clad snaps, while reminiscing over her time enjoying the sunshine in Palawan, Philippines.

The singer, 47, flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in tiny turquoise two-piece as she posed up a storm on an idyllic beach surrounded by a forest of palm trees.

Writhing about in the surf, she twisted to show off her toned stomach and long legs, shielding her face behind oversized sunglasses.

Other shots saw a beaming Nicole frolicking on the sand, raising her arms up in joy  while soaking in the sunshine.

However, in the caption of the post, the actress revealed that she was currently busy on set rather than relaxing at the beach in her happy place.

She told her Instagram followers: ‘Currently living on set, so here’s some premium recycled content’.

While she didn’t reveal what she is hard at work shooting, Nicole’s post comes after she was announced to be joining the star-studded cast of Rebel Wilson’s next film.

Rebel is set to write, produce and star in the comedy, Girl Group, which she has branded the ‘ultimate girl power movie’.

The cast includes a number of the biggest girlband stars, such as Spice Girls icon, Melanie CAll SaintsShaznay Lewis and Nicole’s Pussycat Dolls bandmate Ashley Roberts, as well as actress Sheridan Smith,

While last month, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Nicole and Jennifer Coolidge had also signed on for the flick.

Girl Group will see Rebel play a pop diva who has been booted out of her group’s reunion tour and will be sentenced to a community service order from the courts.

Determined to still make it big in the industry, she returns to coach a group of misfit teenage girls for a life-changing audition with the hopes of getting signed by a top record label.

But not everything goes to plan. After pushing them too far, she is faced with the toxic issues plaguing the music industry and her own life.

Speaking about the project, Rebel teased: ‘Ever since being a part of the Pitch Perfect franchise, I’ve always wanted to create something similar.

‘Girl Group is just so fun and full of spirit that’s ready to have you singing and dancing out of the cinema.’

It comes after Nicole broke her silence on being branded a ‘diva’ after reportedly keeping fans waiting an hour at her Royal Albert Hall Show earlier this month.

The hitmaker said she was ‘devastated and horrified’ by the incident but claimed to have been unaware the audience had been waiting so long in their seats.

Nicole was allegedly an hour late to the stage, despite no support acts and a 7.30pm billed start. When she did appear, she did not offer an explanation or apology to fans who had been sat waiting, some of which had forked out up to £150 for tickets.

The songstress reportedly sang just six songs before heading into the interval, with some fans leaving the venue early, ditching the second act.

Now in a new interview Nicole said: ‘It wasn’t until after I was done that I found out people had been sitting there for so long’.

‘I was devastated and I was horrified, ’cause I was like: “Oh my gosh, I would be frustrated as well if I were told to sit there for so long”. I think they had to be in their seats for, like 7.15pm, or something, but I thought my show was due to start at 8pm’.

She told The Sun: ‘I just want to thank people, thank everyone, because everybody stayed and, by the end, they were all up on their feet dancing with me’.

With the show being an intimate ‘Evening With’ format, artists often include longer speaking time into their set list compared to regular concerts, resulting in less tracks being performed.

One disgruntled fan told the Daily Mail: ‘She was more than an hour late coming on, didn’t apologise or explain the reason for being late, sang four songs then went to the interval. We didn’t stay for the second half as we were already waiting for too long.

‘There was more time without Nicole on the stage than with her there and when she was on stage she was busy bragging about her Tony and Olivier Awards.’

Other fans flooded social media with their complaints, with one sharing a clip from the concert as they said: ‘Nicole Scherzinger at the Royal Albert Hall was a disaster.’

Another said in a video: ‘It was the worst concert I’ve ever been to, genuinely. And I’ve been to many concerts. Which is sad because I was so excited.’

One attendee swiped: ‘Nicole Scherzinger was very disrespectful to her audience who paid £140 each to see her. She didn’t even apologise for being an hour late starting.

‘We left at 10pm because she talked the majority of the time and sang about lot less than her audience deserved. Such a shame because she was amazing in Sunset Boulevard but it would appear she’s rapidly turning into a diva. Disappointing!’

The Daily Mail contacted a representative for Nicole and the Royal Albert Hall for comment.

Despite her late arrival, other fans enjoyed the show, with one raving: ‘Should have all stayed to the end. She was brilliant. So brilliant I forgive the lateness and we don’t even know if it was Nicola (sic) at fault.

‘It was being recorded so maybe that was the reason. The end was brilliant.’

Another wrote: ‘Such a DIVA almost one hour late, no apology, we had to leave before the end but she is amazing.’
