David Harbour was notably absent from the Stranger Things series five premiere in London on Thursday night while the rest of the cast were out in force.
It comes after the actor, 50, and his co-star Millie Bobby Brown, 21, were the talk of the town at the LA premiere on November 6, as they ‘put on an ‘OTT comedy double act for the cameras’ after she filed a bombshell bullying claim against him.
Though many people might believe David is keeping a low-profile after Lily Allen‘s new album addressing his infidelity, it is possible he was forced to miss the premiere due to filming upcoming true crime thriller Evil Genius in New Jersey on Tuesday.
David was seen on set for the first time on Tuesday looking unrecognisable while sporting a new grey hair and beard look as cameras rolled on the motion picture, which Courteney Cox is directing.
Meanwhile two days later his Stranger Things co-stars Millie, Sadie Sink, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo and Finn Wolfhard all posed together on the red carpet leaving fans to question where the actor, 50, was.
The Daily Mail have contacted David and Netflix‘s representatives for comment.

A week earlier the Emmy-nominated actor did joined Millie at the Los Angeles premiere, sweeping water under the bridge as they posed together following reports she filmed a harassment and bullying claim.
Crucially, the complaints did not include any allegations of sexual impropriety and so far, the outcome of the investigation is unknown.
In the pictures in LA, Millie and David put on a very over-the-top friendly display as they joked around posing for pictures.
Body language expert Judi James explained to the Daily Mail that it is rare for red carpet appearances to be totally authentic and Millie and David’s actions appear to be ‘overkill-looking rituals’.
She explained: ‘The photos here seem to suggest the pair join up in something of a comedy double-act for the cameras.
‘She raises one hand to the level of his face as he speaks in an elegantly dramatic gesture, suggesting she is reflecting what he is saying.
‘But then they perform a comedy, mirrored-pose upgrade, both staring upward and pointing to suggest shared humour for this visual “joke” they appear to both get and be amused by.’

The Daily Mail revealed this month that Millie had filed a harassment and bullying claim against David, before filming began on the sci-fi series’ final season
The Daily Mail exclusively reported this month that the British actress filed ‘pages and pages of accusations’ against David before filming began on the sci-fi series’ final season.
David has been a core member of the Stranger Things cast since it first aired in 2016.
Starring in the role of Jim Hopper, often referred to as Sheriff Hopper, he’s one of the series’ most beloved personalities, loved for his complex character arc.
In the series, Hopper adopts Millie’s supernaturally gifted character Eleven, after she escapes from a secretive government facility that conducted experiments on her as a child.
The revelation arrived amid the ongoing drama following David’s separation from his estranged wife Lily Allen earlier this year.
And on Tuesday Lily was spotted enjoying a cosy dinner date with writer Jonah Freud in west London after addressing David’s infidelity in her new album West End Girl.
The pair looked cosy while chatting and laughing over dinner and are said to have spent more than two hours together before leaving the venue separately.
Jonah is the son of PR executive Matthew Freud and Caroline Hutton. Matthew is the nephew of celebrated late artist Lucian Freud.

The pair were also pictured together back in September at an Oasis party held at the Chiltern Firehouse.
The outing marked the first date the singer has been seen on since her fling with actor James Norton earlier this year.
In June, the singer and actor were pictured cosying up as they watched Charli XCX’s show in London after reportedly matching on celebrity dating app Raya.
A source told The Sun: ‘James and Lily looked very into each other and they were snogging backstage.
‘We were all quite surprised to see them there together, let alone kissing.
‘I don’t think they’ve even known each other that long, but it was a fun hang-out backstage and they got taken away by the vibe.’
The Daily Mail contacted Lily and James’s reps at the time for comment.
Her most recent date comes after the singer poked fun at David’s ‘mistress’ when she dressed up as children’s book character, Madeline.
Celebrating Halloween at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, the singer channeled the titular character from the classic series by Ludwig Bemelmans, after the release of her explosive song of the same name.
Lily, whose new album is about her ex-husband’s affair and their subsequent split, seemingly named the girl on the semi-autobiographical album in which she repeatedly sings: ‘Who the f*** is Madeline?’

The Madeline book series, which follows the orphaned schoolgirl, was turned into a film in 1998, with actress Hatty Jones taking the lead role.
Channelling the character for Vas J Morgan and Michael Braun’s star-studded Halloween party, the musician wore a blue, collared pea coat, with a red neckerchief.
She topped her school uniform off with a straw hat, Mary Jane shoes and added a bright orange wig.
The singer addresses David’s infidelity with lyrics: ‘I can’t trust anything that comes out of his mouth.’
The song, Tennis, sees Lily namecheck the woman, who she interrogates her partner about after seeing a text message from her appear on his phone.
The record comes after a turbulent time in Lily’s life following the breakdown of her marriage in December after she accused David of having multiple affairs including a his three-year affair with younger costume designer Natalie Tippett.
Lily’s representatives declined to comment when approached by the Daily Mail about Madeline’s identity.
