Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show was mysteriously canceled Thursday night at the last-minute.
The episode was set to feature actor David Duchovny, Stanger Things star Joe Keery, and musical guest Madison Beer, who broke the news of the abrupt cancelation on social media.
No one at ABC has addressed the sudden move, but LateNighter reported that it stemmed from ‘a personal matter.’
The October 28 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! aired in its place.
The Daily Mail has contacted the network for comment.
Beer wrote on X at 6:33pm ET, ‘Due to unforeseen circumstances, @jimmykimmellive needed to reschedule my performance that was originally scheduled to air tonight to a later date.’
Jimmy Kimmel Live! typically films Monday through Thursday at 4:30 PM PST and is prerecorded.
