
Martin Daubney has been humbled by the warm reception from viewers across the country over the Christmas period.
In Stroud, he was stopped in a carvery queue by GB News fans, while in Nottingham, a group of veterans thanked the channel for its work.
One veteran, who served four tours in Afghanistan, three in Iraq and one in Somalia, reportedly hugged Daubney and called him a hero.
Martin described the experience as heartwarming, praising veterans as the true heroes and highlighting the value of meeting viewers, sharing a pint, and discussing politics.
