Luke Bateman shocked fans when he stripped naked during Wednesday’s episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The 31-year-old former Bachelor elected to have a shower nude when he found himself alone in the camp.

He later revealed the steamy moment was a celebration after learning he was in line to contest King of the Jungle with Gary Sweet and Concetta Caristo in Sunday’s finale.

‘Oh, wow… I’m a part of the top three,’ the NRL champ said after returning to the camp to find it completed deserted.

He added: ‘This is a ghost town…We had 13 here at one point. And to be here on my own in a place where for the past month has just been full of people and talk and commotion.’

Luke went on to confess he loved being naked ‘in general’ and his shower was ‘very special’.

Producers protected the reality star’s modesty by blurring out his figure from the waist down.

But fans greeted the titillating sight of Luke’s trim physique with enthusiasm.   

One excited fan tweeted: ‘Luke naked in the jungle shower alert!’ while another enthusiast added: ‘BREAKING NEWS: Luke is naked in the shower’

Wednesday’s episode also saw Luke’s campmates Cyrell, Nate and Rebekah sent home. 

It comes after it was revealed that Luke’s former flame was less than impressed with his casting on the the show.

Ellie Rolfe, 31, won the former NRL star’s heart on the 2023 season of The Bachelor, dubbed The Bachelors.

Despite being the only couple still together at the season finale, their relationship ended just four months later.

Taking to Instagram last month, Ellie blasted her former beau, claiming he had created a persona for the cameras.

‘First, I mean are any of them really celebrities?’ she began in a not-so-subtle dig at the 2026 cast.

Taking aim at Luke, Ellie continued: ‘I’m okay. It is a little triggering who they give airtime to, but I know by now entertainment value will ALWAYS outweigh red flags.

‘I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Don’t believe everything you see on TV and on social media.’

Ellie then claimed that Luke had created a persona during their time on The Bachelor.

‘People can curate a whole identity for their personal gain/ego. You don’t know anyone until you’ve been in some sort of relationship with them,’ she explained.

‘Even then you don’t know someone, but you know where I’m going with this. Don’t put people in the media on a pedestal. You don’t know them.’

Luke confirmed his split with Ellie in March 2024, just months after the Bachelor finale.

‘Ellie and I have separated and would like to keep our relationship private,’ he said in a statement released to Yahoo Lifestyle.

‘Ellie has a soul that lights up every room she walks into and I will sorely miss it in my life.’
