And while many were over the moon with the results, it left some sharing a theory that it was down to the producers.
One said in the comments section: ‘That’s not our votes, that’s the producers votes; I don’t believe it, who’s fiddling the votes;
‘who believes this? Its not adding up to anything’.
Others rushed to support the new couple, ‘Why everyone so bitter about Samie and Cieran winning?; My winners;
‘Sammie and Ciaran the most genuine humble couple ever.’

Love Island: All Stars returned to our screens this year on January 15.
The show follows previous stars’ return to the South African villa for a second chance at finding love.
Winner Ciaran shot to fame on the ITV2 show back in 2024 and placed second alongside ex-girlfriend Nicole Samuel.
Meanwhile, Samie took part in the ninth series back in 2023 and later returned to the All Stars villa last year – but failed to find a connection.

When asked why they think the public voted for them, Ciaran said: ‘We stayed in our own lane, we didn’t go and cause huge problems in the Villa.’
Samie added: ‘Maybe we’re relatable, real people? I like to think so. Very true to ourselves.’
‘Yeah, the way we were with each other, that’s maybe why we got the votes for the win,’ Ciaran continued.
‘Thank you to anyone who voted so much for voting, it was a surreal moment. Supporting us on that mad, mad journey. Me and Samie will just keep doing what we’re doing when we are back home.’
Breaking down in tears, Samie emotionally thanked viewers for voting for them, with the thrilled couple sharing a kiss in celebration.
Samie and Ciaran coupled up soon after she entered the villa as a bombshell, and despite many late arrivals and twists, the pair’s romance was the strongest of the series.
Speaking to host Maya Jama ahead of their win, Ciaran confessed he knew Samie was ‘a bit of him’ mere minutes after she entered the villa.
Samie agreed, admitting that while other male bombshells entered the villa, none of them turned her head.
She added: ‘No offence to anyone who came in, but they didn’t even touch the sides compared to Ciaran.’
It wasn’t a smooth ride for the pair, as Ciaran was briefly coupled up with Lucinda after she entered the villa, leading to tensions between the two girls, which culminated in a huge row after the Snog, Marry, Pie show challenge.
Ciaran said: ‘Looking back at it, me and Samie have spoken about this, and to see her that upset, I didn’t realise at the time how upset I made her, until two weeks after, which was really hard to hear, especially from Sophie and Josh as they said the same thing.’
Before being announced as runners-up, Millie revealed that Zac was hoping to spend a ‘month or two’ with her in the UK, and she had plans to reunite with him in the US.
Earlier in the show, Scott and Leanne made it to third place, despite previously being tipped as bookies’ favourites to win.
Lucinda and Sean finished in fourth place after a huge storm over the legitimacy of their romance.
