A car has “rammed through the crowd” at the trophy parade celebrating Liverpool’s Premier League victory.
An eyewitness told GB News “a car has just rammed through the crowd” in the city centre near Dale Street and Water Street.
Officers from Merseyside Police are in attendance and a police cordon has been put in place.
An eyewitness told GB News “[there were] tonnes of police and ambulance came rushing in, it was mad.”

A spokesman from Merseyside Police said: “We are currently dealing with reports of a road traffic collision in Liverpool city centre.
“We were contacted at just after 6pm today, Monday, May 26, following reports a car had been in collision with a number of pedestrians on Water Street.
“The car stopped at the scene and a male has been detained. Emergency services are currently on the scene. We will issue more updates as we have them.”
