Lily Collins has opened up about her filming experience of Emily in Paris season 5.
Speaking with People Magazine, the actress recalled the scene with Ashley Park where she cried.
Collins, who plays the role of Emily Cooper in Netflix series says, “One of my most fun moments was shooting the scene with Ashley [Park] where we have our face masks on and we couldn’t stop laughing — we were crying,” referring to Park, who plays the role of Mindy Chen.
“It’s always fun with Ashley,” Collins added.
She went on to share, “Oh, there’s so many fun scenes. Going to Venice was epic, you know, I’ve never been to Venice, so shooting with Ashley in the streets of Venice was really magical.”
It is pertinent to mention Park also told the outlet about wrapping up filming previously. She said, “We ended filming in Venice, so just to be able to explore or be in a new environment completely was just really once in a lifetime.”
The season 5 of Emily in Paris starring Ashley Park and Lily Collins as best friends, was released on Netflix on December 18.
