K-P Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said on Tuesday that he wished to cooperate with the provincial government and supported a strong federation rather than narrow provincialism.

Speaking to the media at the Governor House, he said that during his first meeting with the former chief minister Ali?Amin?Gandapur, he had offered to work together on the province’s issues, but that at the time his offer had not been accepted.

“However, the new chief minister has accepted our offer in a positive manner, which is auspicious,” he added. “We do not want to play the card of provincialism; our aim is to see a strong federation and a united country.”
