Bunnie Xo dropped a bombshell on the Friday episode of her podcast Dumb Blonde when she announced she’s ‘going to jail’ and she’s ‘going in glammed.’
The wife of country music star Jelly Roll, 45, said she’s going to book herself into jail after being caught driving with a suspended license in a flashy car that cops seemed to notice.
The platinum blonde – whose real name is Alise DeFord – didn’t hold back when explaining how it all came to pass.
‘You guys, I’m going to jail. Should we talk about it? Why would I not tell the internet this? I tell the internet everything anyways,’ Bunnie shared, according to Us Weekly.
The podcaster, who has been open about her criminal past, said her current ‘trouble with the law’ was done without her even realizing it.
‘What happened was, I got a ticket in 2020 in Alabama, driving home from a family vacation. Do I remember getting this ticket? Absolutely not,’ she maintained, adding that she thinks she keeps getting pulled over because her new car ‘looks like a drug dealer’s vehicle.’

‘I have been pulled over twice in this f***ing vehicle.’
Bunnie recalled one instance when a police officer stopped her and ‘started yelling’ but calmed down and changed his demeanor once he saw her behind the wheel of the car.
‘He runs my license, and he comes back and he goes, “Do you know that your license is suspended?” … I’m a frickin upstanding citizen these days. He’s like, “Yeah, suspended from a ticket in Alabama.”‘
Bunnie revealed she got off that one with ‘a warning’ and an order to get her license reinstated.
‘I go home, I get a hold of Alabama. Find out that the ticket’s from 2020. Instantly pay it. It gets paid. I paid it at the end of October. I’m assuming that everything’s fine and my license is reinstated,’ she said.
But ‘the other day’ she was pulled over by a police officer a second time and confessed she ‘might have been speeding’ down the freeway.
‘I’m going down the freeway, and literally, I passed this officer. He is outside of his car, gunning people. Him and I make f***ing eye contact, dude, while I’m racing by,’ Bunnie said.
‘I’m like, “That was a close one.” What do you know, I look in my freaking rear view mirror, and here comes this f***ing officer on my ass.’

Turns out Bunnie’s license was still suspended. The police officer could have arrested her on the spot because driving with a suspended license is an ‘arrestable offense,’ but he didn’t.
‘He’s like, “But sometime this week you need to go down to the jail and book yourself in.” First of all, I didn’t know that was an option. Growing up as a criminal, if you give me that option, I’m never checking myself in.’
The troublesome ticket has been paid, but Bunnie said she doesn’t know why her license is still suspended.
Bunnie concluded: ‘I got my lawyer on it, whatever. It looks like your girl is gonna have to go book herself in. If I do — you guys have seen all my past mug shot — I’m going in glammed the f*** up, baby, and I’m going to vlog it.’

The Instagram post came three months ahead of the February 11, 2026 release of her memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic.
‘Wow, just wowwww,’ Bunnie shared. ‘I had no idea the emotions it would unlock when I asked my lawyer @troianovegaslaw to pull all my mugshots for me. (We pulled them all for a really cool idea for merch for my book tour.)’
Bunnie said that by 19 she was already ‘living on the streets of Vegas for 5 years’ and had ‘lost three babies.’

‘As the pics go on the eyes only get more sad, more broken & more intoxicated. The fact that I’m smiling in some of these will let you kno just how disconnected I was from myself & my emotions,’ Bunnie wrote.
‘I look at those photos now & just want to hug that little girl. She thought surviving meant hyper independence, fighting in the streets, barking loud & biting even harder.’
Jelly Roll gave his wife his heartfelt support in the comments section, writing, ‘I would have never became the man I am with out you. It was your story that inspired mine, it was always you I was trying to be like.’
He continued, ‘Im glad the world is about to hear the real perseverance, and see what God can really do. While people talked about us, judged us, wished on our downfall, we just stayed the course and believed what God had for us no man could take away.
