After brawling with a trio of WWE stars on Monday night, Giants star Cam Skattebo has picked another fight but, this time, it’s with his own fans.
The NFL rookie has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a gruesome ankle injury – including a fractured fibula – at the end of last month.
However, despite his injury, Skattebo has made sure to remain in the public eye through his livestreams online and multiple public appearances, such as at UFC 322.
He continued that trend at the WWE’s Monday Night RAW show at Madison Square Garden – however fans were split over his cameo on the night.
Skattebo, along with comedian Andrew Schulz, was seen brawling with WWE stars Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh during a segment of the show.
However, some disgruntled fans rushed to social media to question why Skattebo was involved in the antics given his current injury and rehabilitation.

On Tuesday afternoon, Skattebo took to X to hit back at critics and told them to ‘unfollow’
Taking to X shortly after the incident, one fan wrote: ‘As a Cam Skattebo fan, this seems to fit. As a Giants fan, WTF is he doing?!?’
As fans continued to debate his decision-making, Skattebo took to X to hit back at his critics and told them to ‘unfollow’ and ‘move on’.
He wrote: ‘Aye, honestly if you don’t like that I’m having a good time while dealing with a tough time, then just go ahead and unfollow and casually move on.
‘I’m not able to play football and have the fun I’ve been having my whole life so I am doing things outside the box trying to find stuff to keep me happy.
‘Enjoy the rest of y’all’s week and just don’t talk about me if you ain’t got nothing nice to say,’ the rookie wrote.
During the show, Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh approached comedian Andrew Schulz, who was sat beside Skattebo.
Mysterio and Schulz had a quick back-and-forth before the former said: ‘The only good thing that’s coming out of New York City is standing right in front of you.
‘The only champion New York has seen in… can you count, Cam? How many years? He don’t know. He can’t count.’

As Schulz reached for the microphone, he was pushed by Mysterio, which brought Skattebo to his feet – with the Giants star stepping in-front of Schulz.
McDonagh then went face-to-face with the NFL rookie, leading to Skattebo shoving the WWE superstar to the ground and sparking a mass brawl ringside.
Taking to X shortly after the incident, one fan wrote: ‘Giants rookie RB Cam Skattebo forgot his leg is still healing while throwing hands at WWE [crying emojis]’.
‘Skattebo being injured and doing this… lmao it could have went so f***ing wrong but that’s the New York Giants for you,’ one disgruntled user said.
In a blunt take, one fan wrote: ‘yeah not really sure Skattebo should be doing that’.
