Huge fire breaks out near railway station as fire crews tackle blaze in city centre

Fire crews are tackling a massive blaze at a building in Glasgow city centre, near Glasgow Central Station.

According to Scotland Fire, six crews and a specialist vehicle were sent to the scene on Union Street at about 3.45pm.


Officers have cordoned off the street between Gordon Street and St Vincent Street, with diversions in place.
