Two men have been charged with murder over a car crash which led to the death of a four-year-old boy.
Patrick Maughan and Owen Maughan from Hill Rise in Kent have been charged with murder after a crash between two pickup trucks.
The two men are also charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and attempted wounding with intent relating to the two people injured.
A 24-year-old man was left in a critical condition, and a one-year-old girl received minor injuries.

Kent Police is continuing to appeal for information about the crash that involved two grey Ford Rangers.
