Liverpool players celebrated with their families at Anfield on Sunday after securing their first Premier League title in five years with a commanding 5-1 victory over Tottenham.

Players revelled in their success as family and friends joined to toast their achievement.
Several of the stars offered glimpses into their celebrations on social media. Darwin Nunez posed for photos with his partner Lorena Manas.
