It is the banking app used by millions of people around the UK.
But the Lloyds Bank app is now down in a crash, leaving thousands of Britons unable to access banking services on payday.
According to Down Detector, disruption began shortly after 05:00 BST this morning, with a peak of over 00 outage complaints.
Of those customers affected, 59 per cent said they were having issues with mobile banking, a further 28 per cent with mobile login, and 13 per cent with general online banking.
Lloyds Bank is yet to make a statement confirming the issue or commenting on when the problems may be resolved.
Meanwhile, furious customers have flocked to social media to share their frustrations with the poorly timed disturbance.
On X, one customer wrote: ‘I’ve just transferred money from another bank to Lloyds so I can pay my bills. And now I can’t get access to my money as my app keeps crashing!’
Lloyds Bank has been contacted for comment.

Issues have been reported from customers in almost all major UK cities, including Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, and London.
The issues are widespread across the country, according to Down Detector’s outage map.
While Lloyds Bank has not made an official statement on the issue, the bank has confirmed to individual customers that there are ongoing issues.
Replying to one customer’s complaint, Lloyds Bank wrote: ‘Some customers are having issues with our app right now. Bear with us as we fix this.’
However, many customers have been left confused as to why they have been unable to access their banking services this morning.
One customer wrote on X: ‘@LloydsBank are you aware the online mobile banking app keeps crashing when trying to open?’
Another added: ‘Mobile app crashing whilst trying to login. What’s going on?’
While one confused customer asked: ‘@LloydsBank since your latest iOS app update, my app crashes immediately when trying to open this app. Dodgy update rolled out or what’s going on?’
